Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world-class fitness experience for every client.
• Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.

Your Role as a Personal Training Manager

As a Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue, developing a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional fitness experiences. You will be responsible for growing personal training sales, coaching trainers on business development, and ensuring members receive top-tier service.

• Earning Potential: $90,000 - $150,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)
