Life Time is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and supervise Life Time Training revenue departments. You will drive hiring, set standards for the Core 3 Method, and oversee onboarding and payroll within budget.
You will coach trainers to hit revenue and session goals, ensure selling of training programs, and manage vendor and supply costs while leading weekly meetings and implementing company initiatives.
Position Summary
As a Personal Training Manager, you will lead a team of Fitness Professionals through their career at Life Time. You will supervise all revenue departments and Team Members within Life Time Training. You will oversee the hiring and maintain desired level of fitness professionals (15-50) as well as drive key company initiatives and manage budget and P&L. You will ensure all Fitness Professionals are educated in the Core 3 Method.
This is an hourly position with a base rate of $15.00. This position is also eligible to receive commission based on personal production and will be eligible for performance pay based on department performance metrics.
