Job summary

Fuel Fitness Holdings LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Personal Training Director to lead the club's personal training program, grow revenue and client base, and develop customized programs for diverse clients. You will train and manage all trainers, create events to boost sales, and engage in community outreach to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education or related field.
• At least 3 years as a Personal Trainer with national PT certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification verification.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, management and business skills.
• Leadership mindset with a goal-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Grow personal training revenue and clientele.
• Work one-on-one with clients across fitness backgrounds.
• Develop customized programs to achieve client goals.
• Train, lead and manage all trainers at the club.
• Create events to increase personal training sales.
• Engage in community outreach to attract new clients.
• Implement and direct the day-to-day performance of PT programs.
