Job summary

Fitometry Health Club is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Director to lead and grow our PT program. You will manage, train and develop PT staff, monitor certifications, and ensure high customer service levels while driving sales and program participation.

You will also perform PT duties, provide gym tours, schedule clients, record notes, and promote group fitness to expand the membership base. A strong coaching background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/AFAA/ACSM/NSCA/CFSC).
• Minimum of 3 years of personal trainer experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train & develop personal training staff and monitor certifications.
• Track member satisfaction and sales performance; report monthly to GM.
• Sell additional gym programs and support front desk operations.
• Lead gym tours for new members and promote group fitness inside/outside the club.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

We are an innovative health club looking for a dynamic Personal Training Director to manage our program and assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. We are seeking an individual who is looking to take their coaching career to the next level as our Personal Training Manager.
