The Exercise Coach is seeking a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small group sessions to clients of all ages. You will conduct initial consultations, lead sessions, track results, and educate clients while helping grow the studio through package sales. All staff receive full training in our methods and technologies.

No prior fitness experience is required, though background in personal training or group fitness is a plus; franchise location management handles hiring.

Qualifications

• Basic nutrition knowledge is preferred.
• College degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Experience with strength training applications and working with older adults is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and provide client education.
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by studio metrics.
