Flexologists provide professional one-on-one assisted stretches, helping members with customized mobility programs to increase range of motion, reduce pain, and eliminate joint stiffness.

Qualifications

• Health/Wellness degree, license, or current Fitness certification (examples below)
• Exercise science/health science/kinesiology graduates
• Personal Trainer
• Athletic Trainer
• Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant
• Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Group Fitness Instructor

Additional qualifications

• Must complete StretchLab’s Nationally Accredited paid Flexologist Training Program and achieve certification
• Excellent communication skills, positive energy, and empathy
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• 1-2 years of health & wellness field experience preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients during one-on-one stretch sessions
• Assist with offsite promotional events
• Grow memberships and retain current clientele
• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Social media skills are a plus
