Anytime Fitness Lebanon is seeking a Personal Trainer & Member Success Coach who will coach, sell and support members in a cross-trained role. This position blends coaching, member success, sales and occasional front-of-house duties.
You will own your role, engage members by learning their goals, following up, and proposing coaching solutions. The role offers growth potential with more hours, clients and leadership opportunities as you prove results.
Anytime Fitness Lebanon is a locally owned, family-operated gym built around a simple belief: people deserve more than access to equipment—they deserve a team invested in their success.
We're looking for a Personal Trainer & Member Success Coach who wants to grow with us.
Yes, you'll coach. But this isn't a position where you simply show up, train a few clients, and go home.
We want someone who takes ownership - someone who learns members' names, starts conversations, notices opportunities, follows up without being asked, and looks for ways to make our members and our business better.
If you're naturally asking "What can I do next?", we want to meet you.
This is a cross-trained role combining coaching, member success, sales, and occasional front-of-house support. You'll:
Most importantly, you'll be expected to own your role rather than simply occupy it.
Yes, This Is a Sales Position Too
We don't believe selling personal training means pressuring someone into something they don't need. Great sales starts with listening.
Learn someone's goals. Understand what's getting in their way. Determine whether we can help. Then confidently recommend the right solution.
If you love coaching but are unwilling to ask someone to invest in coaching, this probably isn't the right position.
You don't need to arrive as an expert salesperson. We can teach process, programming, sales and coaching. We're looking for someone willing to learn, practice, receive feedback and continually improve.
Experience is valuable, but character and potential matter more to us than the perfect résumé.
Our ideal candidate is:
We're also looking for someone dependable, professional, detail-oriented and accountable. Showing up on time matters. Following through matters. How you carry yourself matters.
A nationally recognized CPT is preferred but not required for the right candidate. If hired without one, you'll need to enroll in an approved program and become certified within 60 days.
CPR/AED is preferred and must be completed within the first 30 days if not already certified.
Previous fitness, coaching, sales, hospitality or customer-service experience is a plus - but we're willing to develop the right person.
This position will initially offer approximately 20-30 hours per week, with early-morning and evening availability strongly preferred.
For someone who produces results, earns our members' trust, takes initiative and helps make our business better, this role can become much more.
More hours. More clients. More responsibility. Leadership opportunities. Potential full-time employment, salary and benefits.
We want someone who eventually stops asking:
"What do you want me to do?"
...and starts saying:
"Here's what I think we should do."
If you're looking for a place where you can coach, sell, learn, contribute, grow and help build something, we'd love to meet you.
