Job summary

PureGym US is seeking Personal Trainers to provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and tailored fitness programs, helping members achieve health and wellness goals in a high-volume club.

The role offers paid floor hours during the first 60 days to build a client list, a 65% pay split with bonuses for productivity and tenure, Core Training education, CEU reimbursement, and the potential to earn upwards of $90k annually, plus a free gym membership and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to engage members.
• Sales skills helpful for client development and retention.
• Clear and concise written/oral communication expected.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client base through PT orientations and sessions.
• Meet ramping period performance for PT orientations.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results via goal setting and follow-ups.
• Pursue ongoing training through continuing education programs.
• Attend required meetings.
