Crunch Fitness is hiring a passionate Personal Trainer in Land O' Lakes, FL. This dual role delivers expert training sessions and actively grows your client book through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

You will generate leads, conduct kickoff sessions, convert prospects, and meet monthly sales targets while building personalized training programs and educating clients on health and technique.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certs (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) preferred.
• Proven track record in personal training and client results.
• Sales experience or ability to close leads and build relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through in-gym interactions, outreach, social media and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and movement assessments as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Create and update personalized training programs for clients.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery and overall health.
• Track client progress and maintain motivation and accountability.
• Keep a clean, organized training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.

About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer who’s not only skilled in fitness but also thrives on building a client base. In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for delivering expert training sessions and proactively growing your book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals
• Conduct Kickoff Sessions as the initial consultations andmovement assessmentswith new membersas part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value, building rapport, and addressing objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience

• Aggressive Earning Potential-Session compensation $30-$74 per hour

Qualifications

• CPR Certification (required)
• Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
• Strong track record of success in personal training and client results.
• Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with nutrition coaching or additional certifications (e.g., corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, group fitness).
