Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Cape Coral seeks an energetic Personal Trainer to deliver expert training sessions and actively grow a book of business through outreach, retention, and sales strategies.

You will generate leads in-gym, conduct kickoff sessions, and convert prospects into clients while meeting monthly targets. A CPR certification and a recognized PT credential are required, with benefits including training mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Strong track record of success in personal training and client results.
• Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with nutrition coaching or additional certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
