Qualifications

• Nationally accredited fitness certification is required; ACSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology/science or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized exercise prescriptions based on fitness assessments and ACSM guidelines.
• Conduct personal training sessions and help clients meet monthly session targets.
• Maintain records for clients (attendance, workouts, payments).
• Follow procedures for equipment malfunction and report issues within 24 hours.
