Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach in Santa Rosa to deliver high-quality personal and small-group training, tailor programs, and grow a client base. You’ll build relationships, ensure client results, and drive retention while delivering an exceptional training experience.

This role rewards performance with a guaranteed base, earnings growth as you expand your client base, and incentives for training, selling, and developing your book of business in a collaborative club environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and CPT certification or related degree.
• Proven ability to build and grow a client base through a high-quality training experience and consistent client results
• Sales mindset with ability to convert prospects into long-term clients and grow earnings

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results, build relationships, and keep clients coming back
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling, referrals, and consistent delivery of a great client experience
• Design personalized fitness programs that support each client's goals and long-term success
• Grow a thriving client base by building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional service
