You’ll assess clients, design personalized programs, track progress, and contribute to member retention in a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certified; CPT or related degree in exercise science or kinesiology.
• Proven ability to grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to motivate clients.
