A bit about the job at hand:

• Work with Fitness Director to develop and realize your business plan and expand your knowledge to be the best in the field
• Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, well-maintained, and in working order
• Provide Healthy Start appointments
• Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their results (using InBody 570 analysis equipment)
• Enroll and renew clients, creating personalized exercise programs with obtainable progression
• Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software
• Identify special population needs
• Respect client confidentiality
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing
• Provide timely, detailed feedback to Fitness Director to enhance client and employee experience
• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention
• Adhere to company standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Show a desire for learning, research, and continual professional growth

• Your valid, current PT certifications from nationally recognized organizations (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and CPR/AED must be maintained
