Responsibilities
  • Work with the Fitness Director to develop and implement your business plan and enhance your expertise.
  • Maintain the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Provide Healthy Start appointments and conduct fitness assessments using InBody 570 analysis equipment.
  • Create personalized exercise programs with progression goals for clients.
  • Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document progress using Club Ready software.
  • Identify and address the needs of special populations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and participate in team meetings and marketing strategies.
  • Adhere to company standards and pursue ongoing professional development.
Member Expectations
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to your work daily.
  • Maintain current, nationally recognized certifications (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and CPR/AED certification.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Club Ready software is a plus.
