Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Personal Trainer who also drives fitness sales. You’ll deliver expert training sessions and actively grow your book of business through outreach, referrals, and retention strategies.

You’ll generate leads via in-gym interactions, conduct kickoff sessions, and convert leads to clients while meeting monthly sales targets. CPR certification and NASM/ACE/NSCA certifications are required, with flexible availability including mornings,

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification.
• Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and movement assessments with new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.
