Responsabilidades

• Conduct service appointments with members which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Snap Fitness and our Personal Training component - Alpha 1 Personal Training, are seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join our team. The right candidate(s) will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. All trainers have the freedom to program as they like (so long as they adhere to common training practices), so they don't have to administer a pre-prescribed training plan to their clients. Our operations team handles a large amount of client acquisition and initial signing for the trainer and assigns new clients to trainers. Trainers are always able to self-generate clients themselves as they wish.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM or ISSA).
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
• Precision Nutrition Level 1 or NASM Advanced certification required for pay tier advancement, but not for initial hire.
