Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Personal Trainer or obtain within 60 days.
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to acquire it.
• Strong communication skills needed for coaching clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments
• Partner with club staff to help members connect with personal training and wellness services
• Maintain accurate client records and program documentation
• Help create a positive, welcoming training environment

What We're Looking For

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
