Qualifications

• Certification from NASM or ISSA is required.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Willing to continue education for pay tier advancement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments including body fat analysis and counseling.
• Advise members on fitness goal achievement.
• Develop individualized programs aligned with member goals.
• Monitor form and ensure safe exercise execution.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Help achieve monthly revenue goals established by management.
• Partner with sales/management to assist new members with training.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness. equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM or ISSA).
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
• Precision Nutrition Level 1 or NASM Advanced certification required for pay tier advancement, but not for initial hire.
