Job summary

Momentum Enterprises is seeking a Personal Trainer for Club Elevate in Framingham, MA. You’ll coach members through movement, strength, nutrition habits, and recovery, building lasting confidence and relationships.

You bring a current PT certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM or equivalent) and CPR/AED, plus excellent communication and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Certification required for Personal Trainers.
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain before start date.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Run personalized training sessions focusing on movement, strength, and conditioning.
• Share nutrition and recovery guidance within scope to help members thrive.
• Build custom plans around each member's goals and lifestyle.
• Develop genuine coaching relationships built on empathy and communication.
• Track progress and adjust programs based on feedback.
• Be a welcoming, positive presence for members and guests.
• Represent Club Elevate professionally and reinforce community culture.
