Job summary

Momentum Enterprises in Boston, MA, is hiring a Lead Teacher for Children's Fitness. You will lead and assist engaging classes for children from 6 weeks to 10 years, help run birthdays, camps, and events, and create a safe, welcoming space for families.

You’ll build strong relationships with parents and caregivers while supporting daily operations and member experiences. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth within Momentum Enterprises.

Qualifications

• A high-energy, positive personality and genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability during the week, including at least one weekend day.
• Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or similar is a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and excited to grow with a team.
