24 Hour Fitness, located in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality personal and small group training. You will build relationships, create accountability, and grow your own book of business while providing engaging, results-driven coaching.

You will design personalized programs, track progress, and drive client retention in a performance-driven environment with an hourly earning structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with CPR/AED certification.
• CPT certification or related degree preferred or required.
• Strong sales sense and ability to convert prospects into clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs to meet client goals.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a premium training experience.
• Manage session schedules, track progress, and adjust programs for retention.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions to establish trust.
• Engage clients beyond workouts with proactive follow-up and program design.
