Job Title: Personal Trainer

Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI

Job Type: Part-time Monday-Thursday afternoons/evenings

Responsibilities:

• Execute high quality fitness programs for a variety of clients based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and medical history.
• Use technology to track client progress.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a positive and inclusive gym culture.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant role (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to functional training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional behavior.

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) is a bonus but not required. We have several partnerships and discounts available, including 80% off your CPT through our partners at ISSA!
