Stretchplex is hiring personal trainers, physical therapist assistants, massage therapists, yoga, and Pilates instructors to join our growing team. We offer a unique wellness delivery model that provides valuable services to our customers. Are you ready to grow with us?

Stretchplex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, personal training, and compression therapy for individuals seeking to feel better. Our partnership with outpatient physical therapy leaders and focus on musculoskeletal health make us distinct. We value lifelong learners among our team.

Our Body Coaches deliver personalized assisted stretches and other services based on additional certifications or skills such as massage and personal training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions
• Motivate and encourage clients during sessions
• Build membership and retain clients through sales
• Manage client care and safety
• Provide excellent stretching experiences, including booking and updating client notes
• Maximize client engagement and membership renewal
• Ensure safety and enforce policies
• Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions
• Handle member concerns and assist with sales and studio tours
• Maintain active social media presence for client engagement
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness

Qualifications:

• Passion for wellness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred backgrounds include: Personal/Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, Massage Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Experience in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Fitness certification and/or a 4-year degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
• Ability to create a welcoming, positive environment
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Willingness to complete our Body Coach Training Program, including online and in-person training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
