Job Title: Certified Personal Trainer (Part-time/Full-time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Trainer with part-time or full-time availability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working one-on-one with clients in a health club environment.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct 30 and/or 60-minute personal training sessions using functional training as the core model for exercise plans.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive exercise plans for clients.
3. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high retention and successful results.
4. Work during peak hours, including mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of personal training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Experience with functional training.
• 6 months to 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Current personal training certification or related degree.
• Minimum of 1-2 recent work references.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranging from $18 to $40, based on experience and skills.
