Job summary

BENCHMARK is looking for a dedicated personal trainer in Tice, Florida. The role involves conducting one-on-one and small group training sessions, fitness assessments, and creating customized workout programs for clients.

Qualified candidates will hold a recognized Personal Training Certification, have CPR/AED certification, and possess strong communication skills. The position offers compensation between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, with flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of personal training experience (hospitality or club setting preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and wellness programming.
• Assist in planning and leading specialty workshops or fitness events.
