DUTIES AND TASKS
As a Certified Fitness Coach, you'll deliver personalized fitness instruction either one-on-one or one-on-two, directly at clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations, inspiring and guiding them to achieve their fitness objectives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Customize client fitness programs based on the Initial Assessment.
- Conduct regular exercise sessions with assigned clients.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance by clients.
- Manage client session appointments using the Company's scheduling system.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
- Ensure the completion of assigned client(s) fitness program(s).
- Ensure client(s) fitness goals are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from an accredited institution.
- CPR/AED Certification from an accredited organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-3 years of experience in fitness training.
- Excellent verbal, technical, and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Familiarity with various exercise equipment and training methods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties.
- Possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients.
- Reliable transportation.
