Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Conduct service appointments with members, including instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and proper exercise form.
2. Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
3. Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
4. Monitor and assist members to ensure proper exercise form.
5. Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
6. Achieve monthly revenue goals set by management.
7. Collaborate with the sales/management team to help new members reach their fitness goals through personal training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diverse fitness programming.
• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA).
