Job summary

BayCare is seeking a personal trainer at our Wellness Center-Carillon Outpatient Center in St. Petersburg, FL. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized training programs for clients and promoting training services to build a strong book of business.

The position is PRN, with varying shift hours and occasional weekend work. Required credentials include BLS within 90 days; ACE/NSCA/NASM/ACSM are preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Exercise Science specialization preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) within 90 days; ACE/NSCA/NASM/ACSM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personal training programs for clients.
• Promote personal training services and grow the training book of business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Center.
