Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join our Richardson, AL club. You will conduct fitness assessments, design goal-based training programs, and coach clients to achieve real results while driving PT revenue and supporting the club's energy and culture.

A nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED are required, with opportunities for advancement as you grow with us. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are offered.

• Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting.
• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain.

What You Will Do

• Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs
• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain

Compensation

• Hourly plus PT commission & bonus
• Exact pay range determined by location and experience

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
