Job summary

Retro Fitness in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to help members achieve fitness goals. You will conduct assessments, design training programs, and drive personal training sales. What You Will Do

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations
• Design and deliver goal‑based training programs for individual clients
• Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling
• Coach clients on proper form, safety and accountability
• Track sessions, manage scheduling and follow up with clients regularly
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success

• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain

Compensation
