Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Parker, CO is hiring a Fitness Coach to lead 1-hour interval workouts, mentor members, and help clients reach personal goals. You’ll ensure safe form, demonstrate equipment, and foster a high-energy, inclusive class culture.

The role emphasizes coaching certifications, CPR/AED, and ongoing training with opportunities for growth and membership benefits across locations.

We're Hiring: Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness

Locations: Parker | Pine Bluffs

Lead the Best 1-Hour Workout in Fitness

Compensation & Perks:

• Earn $30–$75 per class based on experience and class size

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a team player, coachable, and passionate about fitness and helping others. You lead with energy and clarity, and you know how to connect with people of all fitness levels. You bring the science and the vibe.

Required Certifications (at least one of the following):

• ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM (CPT, CSCS, Group Fitness, or Exercise Physiologist) - Must be NCCA accredited and proctored exam.
• Current CPR/AED certification is also required
