Job summary

PureGym US is hiring Personal Trainers to provide personalized training and guidance to members. You will design fitness programs, monitor progress, and motivate clients to reach health goals while maintaining high service standards.

A strong emphasis is on ongoing education, safety, and client engagement. We offer a supportive scheduling model for part- or full-time trainers, access to a dedicated PT business support team, and free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in the field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Willingness to develop sales skills and self-promote.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base through PT Intro and paid sessions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results with goal setting and follow-up.
• Engage in continuing education through NASM Club Connect.
• Contribute to member experience with enthusiasm and respect.
• Demonstrate safe exercise techniques and proper form.
• Know all company services, programs, and products.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Make up to $50 an hour!
• Pay Transparency: $19/per half-hour session (half-hour & hour sessions available); $15.92/hour (non-session work); With significant bonuses in place to take hourly session rates up to $50!

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base through conducting PT Intro and paid sessions
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals
• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting and frequent follow-up
• Continue to pursue additional training knowledge through offered continuing education programs through NASM Club Connect.
• Contribute to the member experience by engaging members with enthusiasm and respect
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to members contributing to and enhancing the overall member experience
• Maintain knowledge of all company-offered services, programs, and products as part of our member commitment
• Active participation in any required meetings

Requirements

The Person

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification or a bachelor's degree in the field
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
• Desire to transform lives through educating members on health and wellness topics
• Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Possess or be willing to learn sales skills
• Ability to self-promote and network
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Adjust and operate fitness equipment
• Full time availability - preferred
