Job summary

PureGym US is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver personalized fitness programs and hands-on instruction, helping members reach their wellness goals. Build client bases via intro sessions and paid workouts, and stay current with training knowledge through NASM Club Connect.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn sales skills and promote services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client base via PT intro and paid sessions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results through goal setting and follow-up.
• Pursue ongoing training through NASM Club Connect.
• Engage members with enthusiasm and respect during sessions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique and supervise equipment use.
• Know all services and products offered; participate in meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Make up to $50 an hour!

The Role

As a Personal Trainer (PT) you will provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programs to each member. Our dedication to a Personal Trainer’s success is part of the larger commitment to maximize our member’s health, fitness, and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base through conducting PT Intro and paid sessions
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals
• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting and frequent follow-up
• Continue to pursue additional training knowledge through offered continuing education programs through NASM Club Connect.
• Contribute to the member experience by engaging members with enthusiasm and respect
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to members contributing to and enhancing the overall member experience
• Maintain knowledge of all company‑offered services, programs, and products as part of our member commitment
• Active participation in any required meetings

Requirements

The Person

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
• Desire to transform lives through educating members on health and wellness topics
• Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Possess or be willing to learn sales skills
• Ability to self-promote and network
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Adjust and operate fitness equipment
• Full time availability - preferred
