Fitness Together Lynnfield is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join a team of educated, experienced fitness professionals in a private training studio in Lynnfield, MA. The role emphasizes individualized programming with no selling or floor hours, within a stable, team-driven environment.

The position offers base salary from $45,500 to $52,000 per year, with performance bonuses up to $1,000 monthly and total compensation potentially $50,000 to $65,000+.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential required or in progress.
• CPR and AED certification required or current renewal.
• Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design custom fitness programs based on client goals, health history, and movement assessment.
• Modify exercises for injuries or limited mobility.
• Track progress and guide clients through long-term training plans.
• Provide a positive, professional experience in every session.
• Work closely with a team of trainers and fitness coaches.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary starting at $45,500 to $52,000 per year

As a Fitness Together Personal Trainer You Will

• Design custom fitness programs based on each client’s goals, health history, and movement assessment
• Modify exercises and routines for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility
• Track progress and guide clients through long term, goal oriented training plans
• Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session
• Work closely with a team of personal trainers and fitness coaches
• Maintain a clean and safe private training suite

Who We Are Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or similar
• CPR and AED certified

One Year Or More Of Training Experience Preferred

• Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team first mentality
• Reliable and emotionally present for clients and team
• Availability for a consistent schedule including evenings or Saturdays
