Job summary

Fitness Together Brentwood is seeking licensed personal trainers to join our team. You will design customized fitness programs, conduct assessments, and support clients in achieving goals with professional conduct and empathy.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $29–$31, bonuses, paid vacation, holidays, medical insurance contributions, and career growth in a team-focused studio environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• National Certification required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and program design experience.
• Experience with special populations preferred.
• Injury prevention/management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design safe and effective programs tailored to client goals.
• Present yourself professionally through appearance and behavior.
• Perform fitness assessments for clients every 4-6 weeks.
• Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and show empathy.
• Demonstrate patience and genuine care to help clients reach goals.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet client needs.
• Continuously improve skills to grow as an expert in the field.

Fitness Together Brentwood has an amazing opportunity for you to grow and be part of a winning team. Our professional personal trainers are employees, not independent contractors, whose sole responsibility is to focus on the client experience and results!

Benefits

• $29 - $31 per hour + bonuses
• NO SPLIT SHIFTS, MOST SATURDAYS OFF and CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!

Responsibilities

• Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior
• Performingindividual fitness assessments for clients every 4-6 weeks

• Express patience, determination, and genuine care to hold clients accountable to reaching their goals
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around you
• Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field

Qualifications

• Availability M W F 12noon - 7pm (occassional Saturday)
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
• National Certification required
• 3 years or more of personal training and program design experience
• Experience & success working with special populations preferred
• Understanding of injury prevention/management
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to each clients individual needs
• Must have the emotional stamina to be "at your best" with each client
• Enjoys and excels in a TEAM work environment
