Job summary

Fitness Together Lynnfield is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team of educated, experienced professionals in private suites on the North Shore. Our science-based approach blends strength, functional movement, cardio and nutrition coaching to help clients achieve lasting results.

Trainers focus on coaching clients with no floor hours or external lead chasing, in a supportive, stable team setting. Growth, CEUs, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NASM/ACSM/ACE/NSCA or similar.
• CPR and AED certified.
• One year or more of training experience preferred.
• Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population.

Responsibilities

• Design custom fitness programs based on client goals, health history and movement assessment.
• Modify exercises for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility.
• Track progress and guide clients through long-term training plans.
• Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session.
• Work closely with a team of trainers and fitness coaches.
• Maintain a clean and safe private training suite.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary starting at: $45,500 to $52,000 per yearPerformance Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per monthTotal Compensation Potential: $50,000 to $65,000 or more

As a Fitness Together Personal Trainer You Will

Design custom fitness programs based on each client’s goals, health history, and movement assessment

Modify exercises and routines for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility

Track progress and guide clients through long term, goal oriented training plans

Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session

Work closely with a team of personal trainers and fitness coaches

Maintain a clean and safe private training suite

Who We Are Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or similar

CPR and AED certified

One year or more of training experience preferred

Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required

Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population

Strong interpersonal skills and a team first mentality

Reliable and emotionally present for clients and team

Availability for a consistent schedule including evenings or Saturdays
