Foothills Recreation & Fitness is seeking a Personal Trainer in Littleton, CO. You will conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise programs for patrons, while counseling individuals and groups on healthy lifestyle practices and proper techniques.

Evening and weekend availability is required to meet member needs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field with two years in health/fitness education, plus an accepted PT certification maintained via

• First Aid certification preferred.
• Current personal training certification from an accepted national certifying organization; maintained through continuing education credits (CECs).

Rate: $26.25-$27.89/hour based on experience

Want to help someone meet their fitness goals? Foothills is seeking a Personal Trainer. This position is responsible for conducting fitness assessments and designing & implementing personalized exercise programs with patrons. The Personal Trainer counsels individuals and groups on healthy lifestyle practices, proper weightlifting techniques, and standard exercise protocols. This person must be available evenings and weekends.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or directly related field and two (2) years experience in Health/Fitness Education, Health Promotion or Wellness related field; or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and years of experience.

First Aid certification preferred.

Currentpersonal training certificationfrom an accepted national certifying organization and must be maintained through Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s) as required.
