Job summary

Foothills Park & Recreation District is seeking part-time Youth Sports/Gymnastics Instructors in Littleton, CO to assist with entry level youth gymnastics classes such as Parent/Tot, Tiny Tumblers and Preschool. No expert-level gymnastics experience required, with training provided.

Classes run Monday–Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm for ages under 5; scheduling is flexible pending availability. Benefits include free facility use, fitness classes, and more; CPR/First Aid certification is required within

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about working with children (primarily ages 9 months – 5 years).
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide gym/class supervision.
• Ensure the safety of all participants.
• Basic instruction (training will be provided).
• Engage with parents and participants in a positive manner.
• Help create an environment where kids can learn and play.

Position:

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Foothills is looking for Youth Sports/Gymnastics Instructors to assist with entry level youth gymnastics classes such as Parent/Tot, Tiny Tumblers and Preschool classes. You do NOT need to be a gymnastics expert.

Youth classes are held Monday – Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm for 5 and under only classes. Scheduling is flexible but ideal candidates would have a consistent availability to ensure class consistency. Punctual and reliable attendance is required.

Job Duties Include

• Provide gym/class supervision.
• Ensure the safety of all participants.
• Basic instruction (training will be provided).
• Engage with parents and participants in a positive manner.
• Help create an environment where kids can learn and play.

Required Experience

• Enthusiastic about working with children (primarily ages 9 months – 5 years).
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
