Job summary

Snap Fitness Chaska is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for fitness and motivation, creating personalized workout programs that cater to individual member needs.

This role includes conducting appointments, advising members, ensuring workout safety, and achieving revenue goals. Certification in personal training is required or must be obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Trainer certification or agree to obtain it within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR certified or ability to obtain certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments, including nutritional counseling.
• Advise members on achieving fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs.
• Monitor and assist members for proper exercise form.
• Maintain facility cleanliness.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Provide consultations to potential new clients.
• Collaborate with sales/management to help new members.

Job Description

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members which includes nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Complimentary consultations to potential new clients
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
