Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to motivate and guide members toward their fitness goals. You’ll conduct service appointments, design individualized programs, monitor form, and promote a clean facility. The role collaborates with sales to convert interest into ongoing training engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a nationally accredited PT certification, brings knowledge of diverse fitness programming, and embraces a dynamic, friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with diverse fitness programming.
• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NESTA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members, including instruction on proper use of equipment and form.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members' goals.
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper exercise form.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Partner with sales/management to help new members achieve their goals.

• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
