Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will motivate others with a fun, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness.

You will conduct body fat analyses, provide nutritional guidance, and create individualized exercise plans. You will monitor form, ensure a clean facility, and work with sales to help new members reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Certification from nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA).
• First Aid & CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper form, and equipment use.
• Advise members on ways to achieve fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members' goals.
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Assist in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Collaborate with sales/management to help new members achieve goals.

• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization – NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA (Short Grace Period is Offered)
• First Aid & CPR Certified (Short Grace Period is Offered)
