Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Minnesota. The role focuses on motivating clients, conducting service appointments, and creating personalized fitness programs to help members achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates have a nationally accredited trainer certification or plan to certify within 60 days, plus First Aid/CPR. A friendly, sales-minded team player with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Certification from a national organization or agreement to certify within 60 days of employment.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life.
• Desire for longevity.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Drive to get your own clients.
• Retaining your clients — must have clients to stay as an active trainer.
• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including nutritional counseling and proper use of fitness equipment.
• Advise members on ways to achieve fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with member goals.
• Monitor members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Help achieve monthly revenue goals established by management.
• Offer complimentary consultations to potential new clients.
• Partner with sales/management to help new members achieve their fitness goals.

• Conduct service appointments with members which includes nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Complimentary consultations to potential new clients
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
