Job summary

Snap Fitness - Martinez Group is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer in Minnesota to join our team. You will motivate clients with a fun, upbeat attitude and help members reach their fitness goals.

As part of your role you will conduct service appointments, design personalized programs, monitor form, and partner with the sales/management team to grow membership.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Personal Trainer or agreement to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis and counseling.
• Advise members on ways to achieve fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with member goals.
• Monitor and ensure proper form during exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Work with management to achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales/management to grow memberships through personal training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct service appointments with members which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications:

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
