Job summary

Bloom Care Solutions is hiring for PSW roles in Ontario with competitive wages and flexible hours. The position involves providing personal care, assisting with ADLs, and supporting clients in daily activities in a compassionate, professional team environment.

Qualifications

• PSW certification or diploma is required.
• CPR level C and First Aid certification.
• Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year).
• TB test and immunizations up to date (2 steps).
• Excellent communication and professionalism in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients with compassion and integrity.
• Assist with ADLs including meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist clients in safely ambulating and transferring.
• Perform delegated tasks as required and promote client independence.
• Provide psychological and emotional support and clear communication with clients and families.

Qualifications:

• PSW certification or diploma is a must.
• First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level C Certificate

Responsibilities:

Pay rate: Starting at $20.60 per hour
