Job summary

MaineTouch LLC in Windsor, ME is hiring Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in the Windsor area. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with bathing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Flexible day/evening/overnight shifts and mileage reimbursement are available. Full-time and part-time roles with 2–40 hour weeks; Maine PSS certification or willingness to complete training within 60 days is required.

Personal Support Specialist (PSS)

MaineTouch is hiring Personal Support Specialists in Kennebec County for in-home care positions serving adults and seniors in and around Windsor, ME 04363. If you have experience as a caregiver, home health aide, direct support professional, or in any hands-on personal care role - or if you're simply someone who shows up, does the job right, and wants flexibility - we'd like to talk.

Pay is $17-$20 per hour based on your experience, certifications, and availability, with increases available based on performance and reliability. Shifts range from 2 to 40 hours per week with day, evening, weekend, and overnight options. You tell us your availability - we work to match you with clients in your area. Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following each person's individualized plan of care. You'll assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, support mobility and safe movement, help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands, and offer the kind of companionship and steady daily support that keeps people living safely at home.
