Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve goals and daily expectations.
