Job summary

The Personal Stylist Selling Manager at Brobston Group leads the Personal Stylist program, building client relationships and growing the value of loyal clients. The role coaches stylists, drives business results, and oversees the styling studio's operations and client experience.

At a luxury boutique in Newport Beach, you will recruit and develop Personal Stylists, coach on client engagement, digital selling and product knowledge, and drive performance while ensuring an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of relevant experience; luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build, lead, motivate, and coach teams and achieve business results.
• Expertise in selling across product categories and strong product knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
