Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Stylist at Natick Mall in Natick, MA. As a brand ambassador, you provide personalized styling guidance, share product knowledge, and help customers express their authentic selves.

You collaborate with your team to meet store goals and ensure a welcoming omnichannel experience. The role requires at least 1 year of sales or customer-focused experience, 20 hours per week, flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others
