Ann Taylor is seeking a Stylist in Washington, DC to provide personalized styling guidance and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. You’ll share product knowledge, listen to customers, and guide them to styles that fit their multifaceted lives while collaborating with your team to hit sales goals.

The role emphasizes personalized customer experiences, brand loyalty through Styling Appointments, and maintaining high visual and operational standards in-store.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
